Painting Specifications (Interior Focus)

Surface Preparation: Clean, dry, and sand walls to remove dust/unevenness. Apply 1–2 coats of wall putty to fix cracks and level surfaces.

Primer: Apply one coat of high-quality acrylic primer to ensure better adhesion and color finish.

Topcoat (Paint): Apply two coats of emulsion paint (acrylic distemper for economy, acrylic emulsion for luxury).

Paint Consumption Estimates:

• Walls: Approximately 12–16 liters for two coats (based on 130 sq. ft. per litre coverage).
• Ceiling: Approximately 4–6 liters for two coats
• Application: Use rollers for smooth finishes and brushes for corners, ensuring at least 4–6 hours drying time between coats.
